Progressive Lens + Index Guide
In collaboration with a team of optometrists and opticians, I created a patient-friendly lens guide. The goal was to provide patients with a visually comprehensive guide to better understand how progressive lenses work, the various types, and ultimately what they can expect when being fitted for a pair of progressive glasses.
These charts were printed on laminated mats with the Progressive Guide on the front and the Lens Index chart on the back. The index chart was designed as a tool to show patients the thickness of their lens in relation to their given prescription. The combination of both the desired lens thickness and type of lens are important as they deeply affect the visual and aesthetic comfort of the patient.
2 versions: one for the travelling optometry clinic and the second for the physical clinic(s).

Pamphlet Design for Patient Care
These pamphlets were designed to help streamline the patient check out process following their eye exam. The doctor outlines the patient's needs based on their exam, which is then handed over to staff members upon checkout along with their prescription. This provides staff and the patient with a clear understanding of what to looking for. In some cases, the patient doesn't have time to look at glasses that same day, in this situation the pamphlet is a helpful tool for them to reference for cost and ease when they return to look at glasses.

Bronze | Silver | Gold
For this clinic project, I created a system to help streamline the clinic's frame collection.
The goal was to make navigating a wide range of frames easier for patients. In addition to simplifying this, I also created a promo to peak further interest / clarity and incentivize browsing.
